Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made from the HOIHOI online shop. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumers have under mandatory law.
1. Seller and contact
The shop is operated by HOIHOI in Helsinki, Finland. Contact: hello@hoihoi.eu. Available business details are listed on our Company Information page.
2. Products and availability
We describe products and show colours and dimensions as accurately as reasonably possible. Screen colours, natural materials and small production variations may differ slightly. Products remain subject to availability.
3. Prices, taxes and delivery charges
Prices are shown in the currency selected for the customer. Applicable taxes and the available delivery options are shown before payment. Customers outside the European Union may also be responsible for import duties, taxes or handling fees charged by their local authorities or carrier.
4. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement only confirms that we received it. The order is accepted when we send an acceptance or dispatch confirmation. If an item cannot be supplied, we will cancel the affected item and refund any amount paid for it.
5. Payment
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and are processed by the payment provider selected there. We do not store complete card details.
6. Delivery
Orders are dispatched from Finland. Estimated dispatch and delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by carriers, customs, public holidays or events outside our reasonable control. See our Shipping page for current details.
7. Cancellation and returns
Consumers in the European Union and European Economic Area generally have a 14-day statutory withdrawal period for distance purchases. Exceptions may apply, including personalised goods and certain sealed hygiene-sensitive goods once unsealed. Return instructions, deadlines, costs and exclusions are explained on our Returns page.
8. Faulty or incorrect goods
Please contact us promptly if an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. Statutory rights and legal guarantees remain unaffected.
9. Customer accounts
You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for providing accurate contact, billing and delivery information.
10. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the text, photographs, graphics and branding on this site belong to HOIHOI or are used with permission. They may not be commercially reused without prior written permission.
11. Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful. Subject to mandatory consumer law, we are not responsible for indirect loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the order was made.
12. Governing law and disputes
Finnish law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence. Please first contact hello@hoihoi.eu. Consumers may also contact their local consumer advisory service and, where applicable, the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board.
13. Changes
We may update these terms when the shop, applicable services or legal requirements change. The version in force when an order is accepted applies to that order.
