Products and sourcing

Material, maker and country-of-origin information is provided on individual product pages when it is available and verified. We do not describe a product as recycled, certified, organic or responsibly sourced without supporting information.

Packaging

Orders are packed to protect the products while avoiding unnecessary bulk. Packaging choices depend on the product, destination and carrier requirements. Reuse or recycle suitable materials according to local guidance.

Delivery

Orders are dispatched from Finland. Available delivery services and consolidated basket options are shown at checkout. Customers can reduce avoidable transport by checking the delivery address and product details carefully before ordering.
