Shipping from Finland
HOIHOI orders are prepared and shipped from Helsinki, Finland. The usual dispatch time is 1–3 Finnish business days unless a product page states otherwise.
Shipping cost and delivery estimate
Available tracked shipping methods and the applicable price are shown on the product page, in the basket and again at checkout. The checkout amount is calculated from the delivery country, the products in the order and their packed parcel size where applicable.
Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Customs processing, local carrier delays, public holidays and an incomplete delivery address may extend delivery time.
Customs and import charges
Orders delivered within the European Union do not normally involve import customs formalities. For destinations outside the EU, local duties or import taxes may apply unless checkout expressly states that duties are prepaid. The recipient is responsible for charges imposed by the destination country.
Tracking and address changes
When tracking is available, the tracking information is sent after dispatch. Please check the delivery address before payment and contact hello@hoihoi.eu immediately if a correction is needed. An address cannot always be changed after dispatch.
